Weapon Systems / SENTINEL Land Weapon Systems
A remote-controlled stabilized land weapon system combining two or four anti-tank guided missiles with configurable 12.7 mm and/or 7.62 mm self-protection armament.
Artillerie Inrichtingen Armaments BV presents SENTINEL RC-127DM, a missile-armed dual-weapon land system developed for defensive and offensive engagement of ground targets. The remote-controlled stabilized platform can carry two or four anti-tank guided missiles and can be configured with selected 12.7 mm and/or 7.62 mm weapons for self-protection.
Computer-based fire control reduces operator workload and supports surveillance, detection, tracking and engagement in day, night and adverse-weather conditions.
The modular sensor suite combines a day camera, infrared camera and laser range finder. Automatic target tracking and ballistic calculation support target engagement, while the system interface enables connection to external sensors, radar and command-and-control systems.
SENTINEL RC-127DM can be configured with two or four compatible anti-tank guided missiles. Selected 12.7 mm and 7.62 mm weapon configurations can be integrated individually or in combination, depending on mission and platform requirements.
Available options may include armor protection to STANAG 4569, smoke grenade launchers and an infrared laser pointer. Missile type, launcher interfaces, weapon combination and ammunition arrangement are finalized through the integration and qualification programme.
