We are seeking an Office Manager/Personal assistant to help our CEO drive growth, forge new partnerships, and position AI Armaments as a leader in the Dutch Defence industry. Do you feel energy and passion for this mission? Then you are the one we are looking for!

Job Description:

As the Office Manager, you will oversee the CEO’s agenda and serve as the first point of contact for clients. Your excellent organizational skills will be essential for coordinating work visits, participating in trade shows, and welcoming visitors. You will facilitate meetings, manage outgoing communications, and handle business correspondence and emails. In this dynamic role, you will be a driven multitasker who can manage several priorities simultaneously without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Responsibilities:

  • Agenda Management: Maintain an organised schedule for the CEO, ensuring all meetings and appointments are effectively coordinated.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Event Coordination: Organise work visits, trade show participation, and other corporate events, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
  • Communication Support: Assist with facilitating meetings, managing outgoing communications, and handling business correspondence and emails.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the CEO and support other team members as required.
  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a tidy and well-functioning workplace, including managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files for correspondence, meetings, and documents to ensure easy access to information.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Proven experience in office management, administration, or personal assistance, ideally in a corporate environment.
  • Language: Excellent proficiency in English is essential, while fluency in Dutch is considered an advantage.
  • Security: Mandatory Dutch background check (VOG).
