As we expand our Unmanned Systems Division, we are looking for a strategic and technically accomplished Engineering Manager to lead key projects in UAV system development.


Your Mission:

As Engineering Manager – Unmanned Systems, you will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in the design, development, and deployment of UAV systems with defense-grade performance. You’ll play a critical role in integrating autonomous capabilities into tactical operations, ensuring readiness, resilience, and robustness under mission-critical conditions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering teams across electronics, avionics, embedded systems, software, and mechanical domains for unmanned aerial defense platforms.
  • Define and drive technical architecture for short-range and long-endurance UAVs tailored to battlefield requirements.
  • Oversee system-level integration, flight testing, MIL-STD qualification, and readiness validation.
  • Liaise with military stakeholders, procurement officers, and regulatory bodies to align technical specs with defense mandates.
  • Ensure projects meet NATO, STANAG, and defense safety standards.
  • Manage project roadmaps, engineering budgets, and technical documentation.

What You Bring:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s in Aerospace, Electronics, Robotics, or Systems Engineering.
  • 8+ years in the defense, aerospace, or UAV sectors, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of UAV platforms, C4ISR systems, secure comms, and guidance/navigation technologies.
  • Familiarity with defense-grade engineering practices (DO-254, DO-178C, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, etc.).
  • Proven experience delivering autonomous or remotely operated systems for military use.
  • EU/NATO Secret Clearance eligible (or active clearance is a strong plus).
