What You’ll Own

As our Offset Manager, you’ll be the linchpin in a lean, high-impact team, driving strategic growth and building powerful partnerships that boost our presence on the global stage. You’ll navigate the complex world of offset agreements — making sure foreign contractors play by the rules, collaborate with local industry, and keep Dutch defense capabilities sharp and competitive.

What You Bring to the Fight

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Political Science, Economics, or related fields — Master’s or MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience dealing with government bodies and navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
  • Familiarity with the defence sector or similar fields (energy, pharma, civil engineering) where local content rules apply.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a bonus.
  • Ready to clear a Dutch background check (VOG) and secure NATO clearance.
