AI Armaments is embarking on a transformative expansion with the creation of a state-of-the-art manufacturing and R&D facility in the Netherlands. Set to open in 18–24 months, this advanced site will feature world-class laboratory infrastructure and a multi-lane underground ballistic range, reinforcing our leadership in the European ammunition industry.

Total Area: 60,000 m²
Purpose: Secure, high-performance testing and manufacturing hub
Opening Timeline: 2026

Key Features:

  • Underground Firing Lanes – Multi-lane, fully secured
  • SAAMI & NATO EPVAT Compliance – Pressure and velocity measuring systems
  • Environmental Controls – Precision-monitored for consistent testing conditions
  • Caliber Range: Testing up to .50 BMG, including armor-piercing rounds

Doppler Radar Integration

To advance performance benchmarking, we are incorporating high-powered Infinition Doppler radar—an elite tracking system for bullet trajectory and flight analysis.

Capabilities:

  • Real-time ballistic coefficient optimization
  • Precise measurement of terminal effects
  • Data capture across various firearm and ammunition types

Pioneering Materials Research

The facility is also engineered for materials innovation. In addition to brass-cased ammunition, our lab will test:
