Our Policy and Commitment to Export Compliance
At AI-Armaments (AIA) and all its subsidiaries and affiliates, compliance with export control laws is a core commitment. We strictly adhere to the export regulations of the United States, the European Union, and the Netherlands as an essential foundation for our participation in both national and international programs.
Violating export controls can have severe consequences, including administrative and criminal penalties, substantial fines, exclusion from important programs, and significant damage to AIA’s reputation. Therefore, we dedicate the necessary resources to prevent violations and ensure full compliance with all applicable export control laws.
Our Approach
AIA conducts all export-related activities — including sales, brokering, shipments, product disposal, transfers, and re-exports of technology, goods, and defense services — in full compliance with relevant U.S., EU, and NL laws and regulations.
Our commitment is not only driven by legal obligations but also by our responsibility to national security and the long-term success of our business. Non-compliance risks restricting our ability to export or handle controlled products and could harm our reputation for ethical conduct.
We ensure that we:
- Understand how our products, technologies, and services are regulated under U.S., EU, and NL export laws.
- Know which laws apply to each export transaction.
- Carefully vet all countries and parties involved in transactions, avoiding dealings with prohibited countries, entities, or individuals.
Internal Controls and Support
We are committed to maintaining a robust internal export compliance program. This includes designating a dedicated export compliance team to provide guidance and respond to any questions about compliance best practices.
Summary of Our Trade Compliance Commitment
- Full Compliance: Adhering to all applicable international trade laws, including export/import controls, sanctions, anti-boycott, and anti-corruption regulations.
- Partner Due Diligence: Ensuring that suppliers, agents, distributors, and customers meet all trade compliance requirements.
- Training & Awareness: Providing ongoing education and resources to employees and partners about trade compliance.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate, comprehensive records of all international trade transactions as required by law.
- Reporting & Corrective Action: Promptly reporting any suspected violations and taking swift corrective measures.
Shared Responsibility
We expect all employees and partners to uphold these standards, acting with integrity and ethical behavior in all business activities. Trade compliance is a shared responsibility, and we work closely with our partners to ensure collective adherence to all legal requirements.
