Violating export controls can have severe consequences, including administrative and criminal penalties, substantial fines, exclusion from important programs, and significant damage to AIA’s reputation. Therefore, we dedicate the necessary resources to prevent violations and ensure full compliance with all applicable export control laws.

AIA conducts all export-related activities — including sales, brokering, shipments, product disposal, transfers, and re-exports of technology, goods, and defense services — in full compliance with relevant U.S., EU, and NL laws and regulations.
